Tom Graham's Annual Birthday Golf Benefit
In 2015, it seemed to make sense to party for a purpose…higher education. I had recently committed $100,000 to my alma mater, The University of Tampa. The endowed scholarship is in my mother’s name, Olive C. Graham. As a result of your extraordinary generosity, this target was rapidly exceeded and now a new goal of $500,000 over 10 years has been set. This scholarship memorializes high character, commitment to excellence, appreciation of education and tireless work ethic as exhibited by Olive throughout her life.
This annual event provides scholarship funding to a deserving minority student-athlete in the field of business or science at my alma mater, The University of Tampa. This is the best birthday gift anyone could give to me, and to the students we’ve been able to support to date.
The endowed scholarship is in honor of my mother Olive C. Graham. With your generosity, we have raised approximately $217,000 in just four years!
If you are interested in participating as a golfer, the registration fee starts at $250. This covers greens fees, entertainment, food, beverages, cigars and cognac tasting that are part of the reception. If you are only interested in attending the reception, the registration fee is $100.
For your convenience, PayPal can be used to cover the registration fee. All fees must be paid in advance. All participants must register through the website.

Founded as the Beaver Dam Golf and Country Club in 1923, it was renamed the Prince Georges Golf and Country Club in 1941. In 1979 its golf course, designed by Donald Ross, was purchased by the Maryland National Capitol Park and Planning Commission in 1979, precipitating the move to its present location.
The golf course was designed by Arnold Palmer, Ed Seay, and Algie Pulley, and opened in 1981.
Majestically nestled within the gated community of Woodmore, the Country Club at Woodmore features one of the Middle Atlantic’s top rated golf course (ranked 10th by Golf Digest, 2013). Designed by Arnold Palmer, the beautifully conditioned course features rolling fairways, challenging greens and spectacular views.
Distinction and excellence are also hallmarks of The Country Club at Woodmore’s many outstanding amenities, including a beautiful clubhouse with elegant gourmet dining, six Har-Tru tennis courts, and a multi-tiered swimming complex.
The golf Course at Woodmore features a traditional layout, offering a variety of challenging holes. Maintained to the highest standards, the course meanders through the charming Woodmore community. With 42 acres of lakes integral to the challenge and design of the course, members enjoy golf and nature at its finest. While every hole is unique and memorable, our guests are nearly unanimous in declaring holes 3, 5, 9, and 15 among the most challenging and picturesque in the Mid-Atlantic.
